Third Person POV
Soon it was Capture the Flag. The Dionysus Cabin was allied with the Blue team for the match.
Perenelle and Nicholas were sitting it out while Jada was participating in the game.
Campers yelled and cheered as Mathew, head of the Athena Cabin and was way smarter then other children of Athena(graduation high school at age 13) and two of his siblings ran into the pavilion carrying a silk banner. It was about ten feet long, glistening gray, with a painting of a barn owl above an olive tree.
From the other side of the pavilion, Fergus, head of the Ares Cabin, and two of his siblings ran in with another banner, of identical size, but gaudy red, painted with a bloody spear and a boar's head.
Chiron hammered his hoof on the marble to get his charges attention.
"Heroes!" he announced. "You know the rules. The creek is the boundary line. The entire forest is fair game. All magic items are allowed. The banner must be prominently displayed, and have no more than two guards. Prisoners may be disarmed, but may not be bound or gagged. No killing or maiming is allowed. I will serve as referee and battlefield medic. Arm yourselves!"
He spread his hands, and the tables were suddenly covered with equipment: helmets, bronze swords, spears, oxhide shields coated in metal.
Everyone on Athena's side – Athena Cabin, Apollo Cabin, Demeter Cabin, and Dionysus Cabin, – had helmets with blue horsehair plumes on top.
Ares and their allies – Apollo Cabin, Hephaestus Cabin, and the Aphrodite Cabin – had red plumes on their helmets.
The newest child of fire quickly grabbed what she wanted and put them on.
Jada was wearing a breast plate dove her dark green shirt, a leather skirt over her knee length shorts, bracers, her bow blade in its necklace form(which was from her mother Hestia made by her grandmother Selene named Skyfire), greaves, and a spell book with a strap attached to it so she could carry it with holding it in her hands.

Instead of a helmet(which would get in the way of her field of vision) Jada had tied a blue ribbon into her braid
All of the legacy of the moon's armor was small because of her age and her size.
Irene, head of the Demeter Cabin and strongest child of Demeter in 400 years, was discussing something with the head of the Matthew.
The entire cabin shipped the two demigods together.
The Aphrodite cabin was fiercely protective of the ship and didn't allow any new boy or girl to hit on Mathew or Atlanta.
In exchange for the Dionysus Cabin's support, the Athena Cabin had sacrificed their sword training slot(the best time for sword training) so the children of madness plus Jada could use it for their sword training slot.
Jada had learned several spells and had a decent understand of the basics about magic from her adopted parents so she was pretty confident.
After getting their armor on, the twi teams went their separate ways. Once at their own locations, they began to prepare for the game.
After ten minutes, a conch shell blasted.
The game had begun.
