Arwen Steele was pretty much someone who didn't really understand the vampire diaries TV show but watched it anyway, she knew the names and where they were, but Arwen was never sure exactly what was going on; either the show was all over the place or she just wasn't paying attention all that well.

However, after every other boring day, Arwen finds herself awakening in the American town of Mystic Falls rather than her bed in Southern Australia. What was she doing so far from home? She had no idea, and Arwen was certain if she travelled there from where she was there wouldn't be a home to go to - for she had ended up in the world of TVD.

Left scared, extremely confused, and utterly homeless, Arwen struggles in the town of Mystic Falls; however, after meeting a handful of characters - including the enrapturing Salvatore brothers who both seemed to be enchanted by her - Arwen wonders if this will be the rest of her life, stuck in a teen drama that seems all too real. And when in the hell was there a concept of vampire mates in the show?
