Felt like I've seen you before,
As I was walking, you were running more,
I couldn't catch you but I was someone who'd explore.

I reached the darkness for you,
As I search around, I found you,
Standing there smiling, nothing new,
We both stared with the query in my mind "Who?"

But you were still smiling,
I was still wondering,
"What were you thinking?"
My heart was sinking.

That smile and stare was familiar,
I uttered the first word out of fear,
"Why am I seeing you here?"
As I asked, you stopped smiling and were coming near.

The rooted state I was in,
