Red Daughters POV
I couldn't sleep but think about one thing,Barry Allen the time we spent together,all the time he shared his experience with me,all the scary things he has being through,after all of that how did he even mange a smile?After his arch-nemesis killed his mother and his father was wrongfully convicted,after losing his parents at the age of Eleven.When I think about his life I couldn't even call my life tough But through all of the bad memories she though all of the moments they spend together but her mind drifted to a very specific memory:
*Flashback
It was around one week after he arranged my house we were still arguing about some things,Barry however was moving the couch after moving the couch for what it seems like hundredth time I commanded again
"Nope a little to the left"I said/Commanded
"What?Again?I have doing this through out the past hour"Barry whined
"Just a little left no more"I said he pouted silenty
"Pleaseeeee"I begged and activated the puppy dog eyes
"God!!!!Stop it I'll do it"He exclaimed
"Yes!!!!"I exclaimed back,He moved the couch to left then looked at me
"Perfect"I said
"God Finally!!!"He said frustrated and stared at me I stared back at him,suddenly locked our gazes at each other I was staring straight into his blistering Green Emerald eyes,which says more than a 10,000 page book,for a split second we were the only people on the universe.We finally broke our Gaze when he collapsed to the couch:hands on his head.I looked away in embarrassment
"I think,I deserve a rest?"He said,asked
"Yep"I said
"Aight Imma head back to the speedforce"He said
"No"I exclaimed
"Why?I need a break you said it yourself"
"By a break I said sitting in the couch and watching a movie with me"I said getting popcorn
"And eating these"I said motioning towards the popcorn in my hands,He kept a straight face
"Please...."I begged.The next thing I know is I was carried to the couch and a movie was playing,Barry was eating popcorn like nothing happened and I was next to him
"I guess that's a yes"I mumbled under my breath
"Mhm"He hummed,Isaw the movie:Annabelle
"You played a horror movie again?"I asked
"Yep"
"You know I hate them"
"Hate them or scared?"He asked
"Look mister I'am not sca--"I said,instantly the little girl in the movie screamed,I screamed along with her
"Yup,not scared at all"
"Shut up"He chuckled,Before I know,I was in Barry's arms he shifted uncomfortably,after few minutes he stood up,When watching the movie time to time he shifted un comfortably
"What's wrong with you?"I asked,no matter how hard I tried anger got out of my throat
"Um....what....me...pff...Nothing what's wrong with me?"He asked
"Everytime I come closer to you,you get away from me,Tell me is it something wrong with me?"I asked,my arms crossed
"what...Something wrong with-no no"He said
"The what is it?"
"Um...It's this thing um...The you know normally if someone make physical contact,it must be a girl to girl or you know....how do I put this.....well.....it shows the affection or love toward one another"He said
"What's so wrong with that?"I asked
"Oh god,you don't-you don't get it do you?Well listen to show affection and love they must be....um....how can I put this...screw this they must be boyfriend and girlfriend"HE said
"What's wrong with that,We are boyfriend and girlfriend,I mean you are a boy and a friend to me and I am a girl and a friend to you...."Barry interrupted me
"NO"He exclaimed
"What?"I asked
"Oh god it is easy to explain this to a 8-year old"He mumbled the last part
"Not like that if you become my girlfriend...You know,It must be like....like.... Peter Parker and Mary Jane love"He said,I covered my mouth with my both hands and looked away in embarrasment
"Um...It means we can't physically contact each other?"I asked
"No you can,but not too much you know it may be weird and-and you know....."He rambled
"But I don't have anyone to make physical contact with"I pouted
"OK,OK I guess it's okay cause I've already told you,But remember not too much"He said and went to the couch,I went and I layed down on the couch and kept my head on his Lap,however halfway through the second movie,I ended up sleeping feeling Barry's warmth
