Okay hear me out really quick I have some ideas one of them are
1. Y/n finally goes back to the present time but she isn't dating kazuki in fact kazuki doesn't even know she exists
2. She finally decides to tell naoka kazuki and shoya what happened and they try help her get back to the present time
3. Y/n wakes up and she is in a hospital bed with everyone around her crying but once you wake up they all hug you and everything goes back to normal
4. Y/n and kazuki get married and they have a kid together and I write a new story about their kid and it would be like the next generation and to make it fair I'll let you guys decide if the kid should be a girl or boy
5. I don't make a next generation and just continue this one
