Haseena rushes towards Karishma and see her best friend in the worst possible condition, she and all members try to wake her up but don't succeed,Haseena checks for the pulse which was present but very light she tells Santosh to call the Ambulance But Ambulance would take 2 hours so Haseena carries Karishma and takes her to the jeep she orders Chita to rescue Anubhav and tells the force to take Captain's body with them, she sits at the back with Karishma with Karishma's head which was badly injured in her lap and she is pain to see the tight electric collar in Karishma's neck...

*Aab Aage*

They rush the jeep in full speed towards the hospital and they rush and call her the emergency doctor, Doctor sees Karishma's condition and tells that the patient is very critical and needs to be operated immediately.

They rush Karishma into the O.T. and everyone outside is in tears and devasted after seeing Karishma's condition

Santosh: Maddam sir waha dungeon main yeh camera mila tha

Haseena : Lao dikhao, Haseena checks the camera and see the live recording from since the time they dragged Karishma in and hiw they tortured her and how is shot her and told her the truth everytime he shot her and how Karishma fought till last to defend her maddam sir

Everyone sees the video and and everyone is in tears and they go and start praying, and begging God to spare Karishma mam's life

Meanwhile Haseena goes towards the other ward to see the actual Anubhav whom she hadn't ever met earlier

The doctor comes from the O.T , everyone rushes to the doctor and asks him how is Karishma, Doctor replies " Aabhi ke liye toh humne unhe stable kardiya hai aur ICU main shift kardiya hai but the next 24 hours are critical kuch bhi ho sakta hai.

Everyone: Can we please meet Karishma Mam?

Doctor : Thike aap log jake mil lijiye par unhe kisi baat ka stress nai hona chahiye dhyan rakhiyega

Everyone: okay doctor thank you and everyone rushes into the ICU

Haseena stands at the corner looking at Karishma and crying

Pushpa ji sit at the bed side and starts trying to wake Karishma up

But suddenly the monitor starts beeping out of control

Haseena calls for the Doctor

Doctor checks Karishma and declares that Karishma Singh needs rest hence they are going to put her in a medically induced coma for the next few days

Everyone prays for Karishma's better health

Haseena visits Karishma and talks to her very single day

After few days  Karishma is removed from the medically induced coma and comes into senses and calls for maddam sir

Haseena asks for forgiveness from Karishma for hurting her emotions by lying to her

Karishma doesn't say a word but hugs Haseena Maddam tightly indirectly telling her that she has forgiven her

She then teases : Maddam sir hume asli wale Anu bhaiya mil gaye hai yeh aapka dil nai dukhayenge
Aap humari Bhabhi banke aayengi na? 😭

Haseena : yes! 😢

Later after some months  S.H.O Haseena Malik marries DSP Anubhav Singh and becomes Karishma Singh's Bhabhi and share a very special bond with her

Later on even Chita and Santosh end up marrying each other

Billu too finds his life partner.

And Karishma Singha and Vyom Singh become parents to a sweet baby girl and Pushpa ji's dream of becoming nani comes true
