𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐋𝐘 𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐄𝐍'𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐒, Lorelei panted as she got used to the feel of the water, despite it only coming up to her waist drenching her lower half.

She couldn't help but continuously glance at the water surrounding them, fearful to the fact that it could over take and encompass her long before she could try to escape it.

And just the thought of which caused her grip to tighten onto the forearm of the young man holding onto her as well, which only brought a minimal amount of worry away from Lorelei's mind.

"See you're doing it." Ben chuckled as he watched her fearfully glance at the water, despite floating in the water perfectly in front of him.

His words mainly being an attempt to calm her down, yet it wasn't a lie or exaggeration, swimming or at least floating was a lot easier than most people thought.

"Doing what," Lorelei couldn't help but ask fearfully as she continued to grip Ben's forearm, barely allowing any room between them as to not pull away from Ben. "not drowning?"

Hearing her rhetorically question Ben couldn't help but laugh again a bit louder than the last time whilst as he watched her tread lightly in the water.

"That's the main part of it in my opinion," Ben chuckled as he continued to watch her struggled at something that came to him like a second wind, which ultimately made her seem more adorable in his eyes. "I won't let you go."

And that was a guarantee, no matter the situation, however, this wasn't the time for Ben to blurt that out he only went silent for a moment as he watched her sway.

Flowing with the water of the falls within his arms, her bottom lip already softly taken within her teeth as she chewed at the skin out of nervousness and fear.

"See," Ben couldn't help but speak up again, continuiously attempting to encourage Lorelei in an amused manner as he softly floated in the waters. "just move your arms."

"The water's so clear," Lorelei softly remarked as she had already fearfully had her eyes on the water around them, something of which shockingly contrasted the water that surrounded the isle. "it's so pretty."

Compared to the isle's dark and desolate waters, of which it was hard to see through thanks to sharp rocks and polluted trash, the water surrounding them was of the palest blue and completely see through to the soft rocks that littered the bottom of the sand.

However as Lorelei kept her eyes on the water that surrounded them, Ben's eyes never left her being as he watched to slowly grow less fearful of drowning.

"Not as pretty as you." The young prince spoke softly and absentmindedly as he gazed down at Lorelei, who almost immediately looked up at him as a soft blush slowly blossomed on her face.

The young villian's kid almost immedaitely attempting to hide and disguise it by rolling her eyes at his soft compliment.

"Don't get cute with me, Prince." She snarked softly as she tilted her nose up at Ben, quick to ignore the fact that he was the one keeping her afloat.

However hearing her words, Ben only took her snarky-attitude as flirtation which he knew it clearly was meant to be, so he felt no haste as he replied:

"So you think I'm being cute, huh?" He asked softly as he pulled her closer to him only barely, more so pulling his hands back away from her causing her to gravitate toward him do to how tight she was holding onto him.

Although Lorelei barely noticed the distance between them somehow lessening, only now more entranced with Ben's bright blue eyes and childish kind smile.

"Maybe," She teased softly quickly growing used to flirting with the man that was her soulmate, it basically being impeded in any true villian, how to flirt that is. "what about it?"

With that she leaned closer towards him and his body, the two floating in a quiet blissful whirlwind, so close they could feel the other's breath lightly fanning over their faces.

However despite the soft tension brewing in the air, the two only pulled back after a few seconds, yet still within the embrace of the other.

"Let's go closer to the falls." Ben calmly suggested as the two parted, not taking 'no' for an answer as he quickly turned toward the large water fall.

Lightly kicking out his feet in order to pull the two of them closer to the large amount of flowing water, having no trouble with it all splashing around and in their faces.

𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐍 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐊 𝐈𝐍 𝐅𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐘 𝐆𝐎𝐃𝐌𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑❜𝐒 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌, Lorelei studied her spell book in her hands waiting for the class to end, everyone haven already finished their work for the day.

However Fairy Godmother insisted that they stayed back whether than giving them time to walk the halls, to which Lorelei settled it just as her worrying over them as children of villains.

"Excuse me," Fairy Godmother's high pitched tone caused the youngest daughter of the dark fey to look up from her book with a raised eye, simply ready to leave. "uhm as you know-uh, this Sunday is family day here at Auradon Prep, and because your parents can't be here due to-uh-"

Before the Fairy Godmother could finish, Lorelei couldn't help but interrupt her clearly nervous speech.

"You guys having them trapped on a poor excuse for an island," She spoke up blandly whilst looking down at her polished nails, at least that was until she noticed the looks everyone around her was giving her. "what, I'm a better person, but my sarcasm still works."

With that the young put on a bright soft smile, clearly hinting at the fact that she hadn't truly been changed by any of the courses they'd been taking, or at least trying to portray that she hadn't been.

"We've arranged for a special treat in order to," Fairy Godmother continued despite being interrupted, not wanting to lessen the festivity they had planned. "close some of that distance."
