Teju woke up after sometime still not able to handle herself. She was still in disbelieve. She was still shocked about what happened. She took a long hot water shower to calm her mind and felt a bit relaxed. She started making something for her but was still crying. Doorbell ranged and she went to open the door. A delivery boy was standing there with gifts and a big bouquet of flowers
Boy: Ma'am this is for you
Teju: Thank you
She took the parcel and went inside, she started to open. She found a pretty two piece skirt top perfectly made for her. She also found a cake in chocolate flavour and some earrings and pendants, some scrunchies, hairbands, her favorite chocolate. The bouquet had 121 flowers signifying the 121 days they spent together in this relationship. She looked at the note on the flowers
"haapy birthday my sweety. Today I get to wish someone who has the most beautiful soul of anybody I know a very happy birthday! My dear girlfriend, you are the single most incredible person I know and I am so lucky and grateful to have you in my life. Nobody even comes close to how kind, thoughtful and caring you are. You could've chosen anybody to share your life with and I am so thankful that you chose me! Wishing you the very happiest birthday with all my love and lots of big kisses!"
At the same time, Karan called her wished her. He was very happy about her birthday
Karan: Happy birthday baby!!! Did you see those 121 flowers, acha did you like the dress?? how's the color, acha listen be ready at 8 pm in the evening, I'll pick you up, wear the same dress That I have sent and please jayada hot mat lagna varna sab tujhe dekhnge aur meri jal ke rakh ho jayegi. Okk!! now bye, gotta go, preps karnei hai. Byee sweety, I love you !!!
As soon as Karan hanged up the call, Teju started crying to no limits. She was crying since the previous night
Teju: sorry Karan, I am so sorry, I can't even tell you , aaj sham ko kya hone wala hai. I can't even tell you yeh 121 flowers sirf 121 rehne wale hai, I can't tell you the truth. Sorry baby, I am so sorry sunny, Aaj sham ke baad I am sure tum mujhse nafrat karoge, mujhse kabhi nahi milna chaoge. I am sorry but I have to do this for you, for your life, Agar maine yeh nahhi kiya toh Mr. Wayangankar will kill you and I can't afford that
She got up and tried to control herself. She quickly made something to eat and started packing her stuff as instructed by Mr.Wayangankar. She got ready in the dress gifted by Karan

Karan came to her house sharp at 8 pm and they headed towards his house where he kept the party. They still had sometime before everyone arrived they chatted a bit and Karan went to the kitchen to drink some water while Teju's phone rang and she went to his room to take the call
Teju: what the actual hell, why are you calling me?
T. Dad: remember to break up with him or else..you know the repercussions
Teju: I will break up with him, now just shut up and let me do what I have to do
She hanged up the call and turned back and found Karan standing there. He was shocked to hear the words "break up with him"
