Eying his wife who was slowly drifting into a deep phase of sleep curtesy the sleeping pills he had mixed in her favourite coffee, vansh rai singhania hurriedly picked up her phone and clicked the reset button in an attempt to clear all the data contained in her phone including the pictures of their precious memories
"This is what you get for betraying me, MRS RIDDHIMA VANSH RAI SINGHANIA"
He mumbled with abhorrence dripping from his voice , calling her by her real identity ONE LAST TIME
Putting on his jacket, he was about to make his way out of the room when his intoxicated wife held his hand in a firm grip, still in her sleep, and tugged it under her cheek

Rubbing her eyes vehemently as a shooting pain shot at the back of her head making her groan, riddhima tried sitting up straight only to feel a firm grip over her body that prevented her from moving even an inch......
Blinking profusely, she finally managed to get her eyes open only to see her husband sleeping beside her, hugging her like a baby, almost as if his life was dependent upon her........
"Vansh"
She whispered out, almost as if unable to believe that the same man who refused to even look in her direction last night was now snuggling up with her
"Yes sweetheart "
Her heart skipped several beats hearing the endearment she thought she wouldn't ever be able to hear from his lips again.....
"Wha...wh...."
Loss of words, she didn't even knew what to question him about....
As if understanding her feeling, he gently caressed her cheek before planting a soothing kiss over her forehead
"You asked me to stay.....
He stated, remembering how his wife had held him close, crying for him to be by her side.....
"SO I STAYED....FOR YOU.....FOR US......"
And in that moment riddhima knew, the vansh she had fallen madly in love with was back....
