"Mr Will, what does hope mean?" A voice asked

"It is something that no one can ever contain, you give it a name, it passes on forever, the only way to kill it is t-" He paused, he looked up, seeing no children."Right, I got fired."

He continued packing his things. Recognising his problem, he knows his problem. He hears things. When will it ever stop? He has no idea.

Holding a suitcase, walking along the streets, it was noisy but quiet. There were people, but he felt lonely. He wasn't paying attention. Suddenly, a neon sign fell on him.

"Sir will? You- YOU ARE THE REAL SIR WILL!" A voice exclaimed.

"Sir Will? You mean the actual Sir Will?!" People from the distance heard it and ran to the voice.

"Ouch, who are you guys-" He paused again. He looked into the children's eyes. They were the voices. And... He thinks they know them.

He asked for a cup of water after he drank it, he had a headache.

"I hope this thing works," A child said.

"Miss Max said it works well on retrieving memories." A child answered, comforting the others.

"Agh, my head," he looked around," Medical centre? Ella?"

"You woke up. Will. I haven't seen you for a very long time we all haven't. Where were you? Why did you disappear after the ceremony?"

Will had a long pause, trying to remember the ceremony. It was the celebration of the school's 1st anniversary. After the ceremony, he was walking back to the teachers' dorm, suddenly, he felt a headache and fell asleep.

"I think the two worlds clashed together, like what the scientists have been thinking. I went to another world" He answered

She looked at him, "They proved it already, Will. Like last year, at the 5th year ceremony, another you, who looked the same, but does not share the same memory, was here. He told us about his world and went back with his methods."

"His world?" He asked

"Just last month, the scientists figured that there could be more than 50 million alternate universes for every 18 years old on average, covering every choice and decision they make."

"Wow." He exclaimed.

"Well, Will, we are waiting." She said,

"What are you waiting for?" He zipped his coat on.

"Your speech about hope."
