Kion and Fuli slowed down as they near Nirmala and Makini
Kion saw Makini picking up a plant. She smiled at Kion and said:" oh hey, Kion, hey Fuli, how are you doing
Kion smiled and said:" good, me and Fuli had a little race. What about you two
Nirmala smiled and said:" we're mostly picking out plants that aren't too rotten if they will need to get rid of them so that they won't spoil the fresh ones
Kion smiled and said:" well, I'm here to help in any way possible
Nirmala looked confused and said:" what about the lemur and the panda's argument
Kion looks down then says:" Rani has that taken care of, so I'm here now
Fuli but in and said:" so am I
Kion raised his eyebrow in confusion. Fuli seemed strange like she didn't want to go back into her den. He asked:" is everything ok, Fuli?
Fuli spoke calmly and said:" hey, I'm your friend. I'm not going to leave you hanging out here; I'm happy to help.
Makini was holding a large pile of fruit in her hands as so was dropping down as she said:" we... * grabs fruit with her feet* could use that help, haha.
Fuli smiled at Kion and said:" see, now come on.
Kion watched Fuli pick up a fruit and toss it to the rotten pile Kion smiled and did the same.
A few hours later
Fuli's fur was bristle and sticky. She tosses one of the rotten fruits and sighs with relief. She said:" all finished.
Kion mane was sticky with rotten juices of the fruit and said:" Finally
Makini sat down and said:" phew, wow, that was exhausting for me
Nirmala smiled and joked:" it seems we tired ourselves rotten hmm
Kion heard Fuli chuckle at that joke. He smiled, then Fuli smiled and said:" Kion, your mane looks like a porcupine
Kion looked down and saw his red mane was spiky. He smiled and said:" same with you
Fuli rolled her eyes and said:" hold still, ok
Kion watched as Fuli licked his mane. He watched in shock and disbelief as Fuli licked him, making his mane smoother and not sticky.
Fuli stopped and smiled at him and said:" see, isn't that better
Kion nodded his head and said:" do you want me to help you with our fur
Fuli smiled and said:" sure
Nirmala and Makini looked at each other with a side glance as Kion was licking Fuli's fur.
Fuli smiled after Kion was done. She smiled and said:" thanks. I needed that
Kion smiled and said:" no problem, and I'm glad you helped us
Fuli smiled and said:" what are friends are for
Kion smiled and nodded his head. He noticed it was getting late. He said:" Rani is probably Finnish with her job. I'm going back.
Fuli said, " I'm going back to my den as well; Azaad, maybe back. See you guys later.
Kion watched her leave. He wanted to say something, but Nirmala asked him:" speaking of Rani and you, you seem disappointed to go back.
Kion frown. He knows Rani will be angry when he gets back over something or nothing.
Nirmala spoke calmly: "Kion is something wrong with you two
Kion lied:" no, nothing wrong with me, and Rani just agreed with some stuff and some that are just not acceptable, and as I said, I think Rani is waiting back at the tree of life, so see you guys later, I guess
Kion turned and ran. He knew that they didn't believe him. No, he knew, and he grew even annoyed with what was going to come down next
A/N hey everyone I'm just letting everyone know that I'm probably not going to be publishing any of these stories till later or Thursday as it's my bday tomorrow and mostly going to hang out with my friends just giving everyone the heads up and thank you to everyone who's been sticking to the story ❤️
