(Azur Lane HQ/Prince of Wales's Study)
Date: September 2nd, 1942
As the dawn rose over the island, Prince of Wales was already awake with Illustrious in her study
They were discussing about a secret project that could change the fate of the war with the Sirens
Prince of Wales (Looking out to the harbor): Any word on the status of Project Warrior?
Illustrious: The news is disappointing I'm afraid
Prince of Wales: What do you mean?
Illustrious: I'm afraid none of the ships in Azur Lane are compatible for Project Warrior
Prince of Wales: I see. Any chance of building a ship from scratch?
Illustrious: Sadly no. We don't have the facilities or enough materials to build an entire ship from scratch
Prince of Wales sighed as Illustrious continued
Illustrious: And even if we did, it would take too long to build and Crimson Axis could find out and probably destroy it before we could finish it
Prince of Wales: Are you saying that Project Warrior could end up being dead already?
Illustrious: I'm sorry to say, but that could be the case
Prince of Wales sighed in disappointment as Project Warrior was her only hope of being able to combat the Siren forces that Crimson Axis were trying to control
Unlike what Crimson Axis was doing to mass produce Siren Technology, Project Warrior was meant to build the ultimate warship that combined all other warships into one vessel
But they couldn't build one as it would take too long and need materials and proper ship building facilities
And they couldn't convert any of the other pre-made ships since none were compatible to adapt to Project Warrior since they already had their own class build
Prince of Wales was at a lost when suddenly the door slammed open as Eagle Union's repair ship Vestal came rushing in
