"ALANII"my step mom yelled as i was in my room putting on my uniform
"yes toni" i say walking out my room going toward her an my dads bedroom
"you need to find a ride to work and back"she lets out as i watch her put on shoes
"you can't drop me off before you go" i say standing in her door way
"no i can't now bye" she says as i jus walk away thru the hallway going back to my room grabbing my purse checking it to see if all my stuff in there before i leave out the house
i put my airpods in and i order me an uber and i get my jacket cuz it was cool today and i wait in my room
...
10 minutes past and my dad came in the house all loud cuz he hasn't been here for weeks
"hey lanii thought you had work"he says as we hug an he kissed my cheek with his big smile
"toni said to find me a ride so i hadda wait for an uber" i say making my dad raise his eyebrows
"oh yeah"he says looking pissed off
"alr imma pick you up from work just call me have a good day" he says walking me to the door
"i will you aswell" i say making my way to the uber
....
"pops you can come get me" i say otp wit my dad as i was getting off in 5 minutes
"okay i'm on the way"he says making me hangup and slide my phone back into my pocket and get back to helping kids pick out candy with there rewards

after 5 minutes i clock out an i go outside seeing my dad in a new car
"ouu u got a new car" i say as he meets me outside the car as i was looking at it
"naaa"he says making me raise my eyebrows
"you stole it" i say walking closer to him as he hands me the keys
"naw girl it's yours"he says making me hug him
"thank youuu" i say jumping up an down like a big kid as my pops laughs
"happy 18th twin"he says making me smile big
"thank you" i say again walking to the drivers side gettin in
next day....
my step mom was pressed she ain't get no new car which was so funny to me but it was my 18th birthday today me an my bestie made plans last night so i was getting ready for it i saved 3 checks for my birthday i put on my lil 2 piece after i installed my wig and i took pictures for ig ___________________________________________
