"Yes," Tony said. "Even I haven't made anything capable of that. They would have to be a type 2 on the Kardashev scale at the very minimum. We don't even make it to type 1."
"No, we do not," Pepper said, not wanting to here another one of Tony's rants about how underdeveloped they are.
"The Skrulls, the civilization that built the environment, are a type 4," Uatu answered. "And yes, are capable of universal travel."

An) Done. For everyone who doesn't know, the Kardashev scale is a scale measuring how advanced a society is. Currently real and even MCU humans reside at a 0.73 (MCU may be higher). However other species in the MCU are at a level 4 and capable of universal travel.
