Your a wandering trader or merchant heading to village to village making trade and selling your goods to make a living one day you were walking to a village you heard of nearby heading to it you got jumped by a thief who wanted your goods slowly backing up a new voice was heard as a cookie with a hat that covered a part of his face distracted the thief letting you get away to the safety of the village

-It's unknown why he likes you maybe because you both wander the world

-He's gonna stalk you following you village to village

-How is though a cloud he'll ride to follow you as no one would suspect a cloud

-Whenever you stay at a in he's ether get a room next you or look through your window

-If a cookie attempts to flirt or do anything to you they might die quickly or painfully

-If your camping he'll stand guard making sure your not in danger from anyone

-He also might make some fakes/dummies to help keep guard to keep any thief away

-He does watch you sell or trade your good in crowds

-Has visited you in disguise to get somethings from you which he keeps on his person

-When you make to Vagabond cookies village he'll ask Vagabond cookie for help

-Vagabond does help giving tips to Rebel on how to swoon someone or just some dating advice he knows

-while at Vagabond cookies village he'll follow you in secret

-He doesn't wish to ruin any relationships mostly love interests
