Sevyn's POV:
"I know you like me crazy girl" she says while laughing
I stare at here in shock. How did she know?
"How'd you know?" I ask her
"People like to run they mouth" she told me
"Oh that makes sense honestly. I know we only started hanging out but I wanted to let you know. Guess I wasn't letting you know anything" I say while laughing nervously
"It's cool, you cool." She says
Her face kinda changed into a more serious look
"I think I like you too. I just, I don't now. I've never liked someone the way I like you. All the people I date I never liked like that." She admits while staring out the window to avoid eye contact with me
I'm shocked at what she just admitted.
"Yo look at me" I tell her
She looks me in my eyes
"Raelynn, I have had strong feelings for awhile and I didn't know you liked me too and I'm going to be straight up, Ight?" I tell her
"I'm listening" she says looking deeply in my eyes
"I would like to be in a relationship with you but I understand if you don't have those types of strong feelings or feel it's too soon" I tell her
"No no, I want to be with you as well. I just don't want to lose our friendship because you're my best friend." She tells me
I smile at her
"I promise whatever happens we won't lose our friendship." I tell her
She smiles too, looking more calm
"That's good to know cuz Ian wanna risk that. With that bein said, I want you to be more than gang to me." She tells me
"That's good cuz I want to be more than gang with you as well." I tell her giggling
"So you saying yes to be my girlfriend?" She asks me as her eyes light up
"Of course I am." I tell her
2 weeks later in science class
I still can't believe Rae is my girlfriend. I love being around her and I'm happy she feels the same. We haven't told anyone except my friend Jazz. We don't want people to ruin what we have by spreading rumors but we trust Jazz.
"Rae" I whisper
"Yea?" She whispers back
"You stayin at my house after school today?" I whisper
"Yea I am, Thas cool?" She whispers
"Yea yea, I wanted you to" I whisper
She smiles at me and holds my hand
She had recently started taking me to school A lot. Today would be her first time staying at my house. We had only hung out in school and in public areas out of school.
After school at my house in my room
"Bae yo house bigggggg" she tells me
I laugh
"It ain't that big you trippin" I say
She keeps looking around my room and I remember something. I get up and start looking around my desk.
"What you lookin for?" She asks me
"Hol up... one sec" I tell her
I pick up a box off my desk
"What's that?" She asks me
"It's A necklace I bought for you" I tell her
