Niharika maasi!!!! Aarya squealed in excitement as soon as she saw niharika didi at the airport.
How's my little princess! My sister said while hugging aarya. Seeing her after so many years made me teary eyed, Didi has always been the person that I looked up to while growing up she was my idol.
I hugged didi and started crying, I don't cry, but today I did because I missed her so freaking much after so many years being able to hug her felt surreal and all the nervousness of returning home just went away because being in India meant I could finally be with my family.
After all coming home was not a mistake, I think this is where I belong.
