The main dock is pretty simple for a 1910s dock; there's nothing much to put, a crane, drydock, shipyard, storage unit, submarine dock, plane hangar and airway, and a repair section. Somehow there are quite a few manjuus running around, the reason how the manjuu came here is encrypted so it's still a mystery, even for the ship themselves
