Cheryl's POV
Today was the day where we were given out our categories, I'm really hopin for girls this year one reason bein that Olivia's voice really impressed me

Olivia's POV
I just found out the I'm goin to be in Cheryl's group! She called Simon just to brag a little that she got the girls. This week was the hardest week of me life, they're sendin four people home and I really don't want it to be me

Cheryl's POV
I had to break the news to a four of me girls that they would goin home, that's never easy but I strongly believe that the girls are ready for the upcomin live show

Olivia's POV
We were all talkin the songs we wanted to sing and I walked up to Cheryl

I said: Cheryl, please let me do another Girls Aloud song

She said: Alright, I'll let you do another Girls Aloud song, but next week I want you to try and go beyond Girls Aloud and me okay?

I said: Okay!

Cheryl's POV
I can tell that this girl is a really big fan of Girls Aloud and me, but I want to try and get her to sing somethin a bit different, somethin a bit comfort zone just to expand her music

Olivia's POV
The show was gettin closer and I was gettin more nervous, I was walkin up to Cheryl when me phone rang, I answered it and it was me social worker. He told me the worst news of me life, Cheryl noticed that I was wipin away tears, she walked up to me, she gently put her hand on me back

Cheryl said: Are you alright?

I hung up and sat on the floor, Cheryl sat next to me and put her arm around me

Cheryl said: What happened babe? What's wrong?

I said: Me best friend just passed away

Cheryl said: Aww sweetheart

She gave me a hug. I hugged her back

Cheryl's POV
This poor girl made it into boot camp and was just told the worst news imaginable. All I could do was hug her while rubbin her back and tell her that everythin was goin to be alright. I wasn't sure if she would stay in boot camp.  I was playin with her hair because she told me that's what her mam used to do when she was upset

I said: What do you wanna do love?

She told me that she wanted to stay in the competition

I said: Are you sure? Do you need me to call your mam?

She told me that she had been in and out of the foster care system. I hugged her little tighter and longer

A Week Later

Olivia's POV
This is one of seven moments when the Judges decide who stays and who goes. It's my turn next, I got on stage

Simon said: What song have you chosen to sing?

I said: "I'll Stand By You" the same song I auditioned with, but I'm singin it for a different reason

Simon said: I assume it's the Girls Aloud version?

I said: Yeah, and Simon there's nothin wrong with Girls Aloud

Cheryl smiled

Louis said: Can I ask what the reason is?

I said: Yeah, so I think you all know that I am a part of a girl group that Louis called "Girls Aloud 2.0" which I now realise has  nothin to do with what happened

Louis said: Alright, so what happened?

I said: I just found out a few days ago that me childhood best friend passed away

Louis said: Oh wow, I'm so sorry Olivia, whenever you're ready alright?

I started cryin quietly. I somehow managed to finish the song

Mel B said: I could really feel that darling

Louis said: Great job

Simon said: Nice work and I'm sorry that happened

Cheryl said: Aww, that made me cry, you did really well love, you've been through so much, can I give you a hug?

I nodded. Cheryl got up on stage and hugged me, I hugged her back, she gently ran her fingers up and down me back
