{Chapter 09. A Blooming Visit}

{Jimmys POV}

after the sudden disappearance of Scott during the meeting a few days ago nobody had heard from him
So today i decided to call him. 
I was going to invite him over or forcefully go to chromia if thats what it took
Yes i had my responsibilities but.. i still cared about him

*ring ring*

"Hello.? Jimmy-?" Scott spoke confused, his voice was quiet and raspy 
"Hey uhm.. Are you up for a meet up in tumble town?" i questioned
"I- eh- Sure-!" he replied
"Any time work for you specifically?" i asked
"No.. whatever works for you, but.. whyd you call? I know it wasnt just about the meet up jimmy" He spoke, i could hear subtle muffled coughs soon after
"Nobody had heard from you sense your sudden disappearance.. i wanted to make sure you were okay.." I mumbled
"No- im fine-! just er- got a notification something happened in chromia" he sighed
"Did everything turn out alright?" I asked, frowning
"Oh yeah-! everything was fine, Caroline fell out of a tree and it just scared her" He spoke once more
"Whose Caroline?" I asked, now confused
"shes one of my villagers! One of the sweetest little girls" He spoke, i could almost hear his smile
"Well, glad to hear it all turned out alright, ill meet you- whenever you get here" i laughed
"Alright, see ya jimmy" he spoke
"Bye scott!" I replied and hung up

Now getting tumble town ready for a visitor.

{Scotts POV}

ide just gotten off the phone with jimmy and flopped backwards onto my bed
i already still felt terrible
But ide made plans-
so out of my house for the first time in four days i go-
Just to pray he didnt have me eat anything.
Owen had been trying all week
but seemingly my body had hated me this past month
Ide thrown up basically everything ide even managed to eat.
And owen had seen the petals..
OH GOD WHAT IF THE FLOWER THING HAPPENS AT JIMMYS?!

oh no no no no!!! i need to cancel!! but i cant..

he- he'll question me-!!

i.. i have to go. and just.. pray nothing happens.

i blushed at the thought of jimmy
but the sherrif?!
like me?!

he always got annoyed by my jokes..

my own thoughts were cut off by a harsh coughing fit
this was.. one of the worse ones
i fell back onto my bed once it finished, i wiped my mouth on instinct
a trail of blood now traced my wrist 
"oh greaaattt just great." i hissed 
"whats so great your complaining about it" owen teased, peeking up from the ladder
"blood" i sighed
"more?!" he exclaimed and quickly made his way to my side
"mhm.. im fine owen, i promise" i smiled, sitting up
"oh so not being able to eat and throwing up flower petals and blood is normal now?" he scoffed
"for me apparently.." i mumbled
"who were you on the phone with?" he asked, sitting down
"jimmy, im gonna go to tumble town for a bit, hopefully get my mind off.. whatevers happening.." i sighed
"be careful, call if anything happens, promise?" he asked
"promise" i smiled

from there i got ready in my usual colored cloths and covered in piercings
None of the empires knew but i had a couple of face piercings besides my ears-
I had a septum which i connected to one of my earrings with a chain
and put a stud in the right side of my nose
i had a scar going across my eyebrow from the stupid temple of the skull that stole my eye
but i got it pierced for some reason, so i used another gold piercing in there
and by got it pierced, i mean i did it myself, like i did with all my piercings
i put in my 35 ear piercings (18 in each ear but he already had in the hoop connecting to his septum)
and then headed out the door
