Hello and welcome to my latest novel, Pine-Hearts!
I'd love it if you could take just a minute to read the information below. It contains triggers for the story, as well as other contextual information that's really important to know before you begin. The last thing I want to do is upset anybody.

CONTENT TRIGGERS:
- Negative self talk about one's body
- Mature language
- Description of blood
- Light smut/ implied smut (NO sexual activity occurs between underage characters; it never involves cheating; all sexual activity comes from a place of love and trust between both/all people involved), please keep an eye on this bullet point as I'm still deciding what I want to include later on in the book.
- Mild disordered eating/ eating disorder with fitness obsession
- Description of depression (not talked about from individual's POV)
- Alcohol misuse (without violence)
- More then one love interest
More triggers may be added later on in the book. Please keep an eye on this page. As for the explicit content brackets, however, these specifications will always remain the same.
Other info:
- Not appropriate for under 16s due to explicit content. Preferably, you should be over 18 to read this novel. Currently, however, it's perfectly appropriate for anyone over 13.
- Mature content has been labelled in the tags (or will be when/if a mature scene is uploaded), and is clearly marked to be present on the book's introduction page. You make the choice to read this, so please do not try and complain about seeing it.
- This is a werewolf novel. If you are not used to werewolf content, then some things may not make sense, but please ask any questions in the comments and I will try to answer!
- I try my best with grammar, spelling, and making chapters well structured and interesting. However, this is a free book, and sometimes I don't edit things. Unfortunately we just have to accept this and move on.
- No bxb content. Sorry.
-This writing is all my own, original content. I, Maia I Jones, wrote every single word myself. Credits for the novel go solely to me. If you see this book up anywhere but here, PM me or let me know in my comments/feed, because it has currently only been uploaded to Wattpad .
- This book is pretty fast paced, even though it spans over a few years. If you aren't a fan of that, or prefer chapters over 2.5k words, this probably isn't for you.
- I changed one character's name from Lukas to Luka a few chapters in. There will probably be some mistakes surrounding this.
-I wrote this book almost a year ago, and then returned to edit it and continue. It will probably be subjected to another deep-clean edit in the future. Also wanted to let you know because I forgot some details, so I might have tweaked things by accident.
