Shielding/Defences:

Wave Motion Shield
- Shield remains at peak efficiency if powered by both Engines, meaning little to no degradation even under continuous fire from a Wave Motion Gun (c.2201 statement, EDF and S. Sanada)

Reflektierend coating, based on salvaged Garmillian Migobueza coating
- Upon further study, this coating is no longer necessary for other EDF ships due to its inability to protect against advanced positron fire (c.2201 statement, EDF)

Hard Light Decoy Drones, fitted in 2201.
- Projected decoy produces a radar cross section similar to the size of the ship its projecting from. This has deceived multiple different radar systems that operates without visual confirmation by human operators.  (c. 2201 trial run, EDF)

Asteroid Ring Generated Offensive (ARGO) System, fitted in 2202, w/Hard Light Decoy Drones implementation
- Using the Drones and covered by asteroids or debris, an armoured and durable "clone ship" can be created to protect the ship by drawing enemy fire away or to lure enemy vessels into a wild goose chase. (c. 2201 proposal, S. Sanada)
