Tara retorted, seeking clarity, "Ap kya bol rahe hain Mr. Mallick, zara saf saf bolenge?"
"Apko kuch files pe kaam karne ke liye diya tha woh kahan hai, aur ye ap haveli ki saf safai kisse puch ke karwa rahi hain?" Devraj pressed on, maintaining his enigmatic demeanor.
"Mr. Mallick, kabhi apne gusse ko side mein rakh ke kuch kaam kijiye, toh sab kaam thik se hoga," Tara responded with a touch of defiance.
He left, nonchalant, leaving Tara to grapple with her thoughts. "Ye Mr. Mallick hamesha khadoos kyun rehete hain?" she pondered.
As night fell, Tara's concern deepened when Devraj didn't return home. Upon his drunken arrival, she questioned, "Mr. Mallick, ye apne apna kya haal bana rakha hai?"
In a humbling tone, he dismissed her, "Tara Mam, ap meri zindagi se dur rahiye, ap meri assistant hai, biwi nahi jo mujhe sawal kare."
"Ap thik se chal bhi nahi pa rahe hain, insaniyat ke nate madat kar rahi hun," Tara retorted, her worry palpable.
Yet, as Devraj became more vulnerable, Tara assisted him to their room. In a surprising turn, he handcuffed her, proclaiming, "Mein behosh hoke bhi janta hun mein kya kar raha hoon, mein toh bas anjam dikha raha hoon apke himmat ka."
