╰┈➤ You let out a yawn, as you walked out of what was now your new place of residence. you felt a sense of relief now that you were finally out of all those layers

you had to layer up so many different baggy clothes to cover up your new body, and although you were thankful for the safety those clothes provided, it was nice to finally wear something more breathable

you were wearing a simple thin long sleeve that had stripes, along with a pair of loose sweatpants, it felt comfortable and that's all you needed after this long day

you walked down this hallway until you saw the commonplace, you could see a few people you hadn't met in a circle looking like they were about to do an activity

"oh! [y/n-" Charlie's eyes widened, you looked very different, much more different than when you first came in. It caught her off guard. She was able to see your full body, how your hair flowed, or your tail that flicked around.

Charlie quickly snapped herself out of thoughts, her face feeling flushed.

"oh, hey Charlie.." you said softly walking towards where everyone had been circled around, Charlie gestured to a spot that was right next to her, and your eyes flicked down before you let out a sigh and made your way towards the spot she had seemingly set aside for you.

you sat on the ground leaning on the sofa, you were sitting right next to Sir Pentious, with Charlie standing explaining

"I think it's important we all get to know each other — so we are going to play a little game," she said happily, closing her hands together

"'Now everyone follow me!" she said before starting to sing, you looked up at her a little confused

"My name is Charlie I like to sing, and when we get to know each other it's the greatest thing!" she sings clapping her hands in beat

she then gestures to Sir Pentious to sing along, he gives a confused look, his eyes darting around at one point meeting yours, but quickly looking the other way

"My name's Sir Pentious," he started awkwardly but continued. you looked at him for a moment, it wasn't like you had much anything else to do.

"I like to build.., and despite my stupid egg bois, I think I'm very skilled," he said with a smile at the end, you gave a soft smile. it was nice to have something not so uh, dreary for once.

Charlie then points to a spider demon, who looks very familiar, you feel like you've seen him many times you just can't place your finger on where.

the demon just simply continued to scroll on his phone before letting a sigh seeing how Charlie was still waiting for him

he took a glance at her before rolling his eyes "This is stupid" he said bluntly

"This is not stupid it's just the game" Charlie tries to continue singing

and as you watched this endeavor of Charlie just singing in his face, you couldn't help the slightest chuckle that left your lips, it's was slightly but it was the first laugh you'd had since you had been here.

"I am too sober for this" he groaned before the female you remember seeing before with a cross-over one of her eyes, simply told him that was going to be his whole day

suddenly Charlie turned too, making you tense up. she pointed at you, your long bunny eyes laid more flat against your head as you sighed

"do I really need to sing..?" you said almost desperately trying not to

"of course! it's part of the game!" she said awaiting for you to start to sing, it took fiber in your body not to leave, and you groaned before clapping your hands together

"My name is [y/n] — I was fired from my job" you started bluntly, charlie just looked at you nervously, not expecting such a negative way to start yourself off

"and lost my apartment, and now I'm here!" you finished off with a sarcastic smile.

"ok- maybe let's move on" Charlie quickly changed subjects, before turning to the group and explaining the next activity

as you tried to pay attention to whatever Charlie was saying, you felt a very familiar hand land on your shoulder, you quickly turned to face, the same person that brought you here

"Hello, Alastor.." you said softly, a little too exhausted to move his hand off you, all he did was smile before removing his hand himself

"Hello dear, how are you liking your new residency?" he said leaning downwards, it was a moment like this did you got reminded that he was dangerous

your tail falls flat to the ground, no longer moving. you nervously responded

"uh, it's way better than the streets.." you said darting your eyes somewhere else other than his piercing red eyes, which quite literally stared at your soul, making your skin crawl.

"oh, Alastor! you've made it join us!" Charlie said Alastor followed along, while also bringing you to the sofa, in which you guys watched whom you learned his name was Angel Dust, and Sir Pentious act out a scene.

you sat against the couch, slouching as you watched the scene in boredom maybe you were a little too distracted seeming as if angel dust had already walked off ending the scene, you looked around before walking towards the bar

you rested yourself on your hand just staring blankly, it left you stuck in your thoughts, with no job you now had nothing to do, except lay around like a bum.

"Are you gonna just stare blankly or do you want a drink" You looked up, at Husk who was giving an annoyed glance.

"oh yeah, I'll take anything that doesn't have alcohol please, I rather not have a horrible headache from being hungover," you said

"ok," he said before turning back and grabbing a glass before turning back and placing a glass of water

you let out a sigh, before taking a sip, you could feel husk eyes on your form, making you slightly uncomfortable.

you sat down your glass of water before raising your brow at Husk "What is it?" you said, knowing there was something he wanted to ask you.

"first of all, how did you get to know Alastor, he doesn't just show up with random people like this," he said giving you a suspicious look.

"I'm gonna be honest today is the first day I even met him," I said with a chuckle, swirling the water in the glass before looking back up at Husk

"you just met him, huh?" he said not believing you, yet he continued to listen

"yeah, just had gotten fired and he came up to me, trying to make a deal of sorts," you said, husk eyes widen just slightly before carefully speaking

"did you make that deal?" he said now more interested in what you had to say.

"no, at least I don't think so," you said shrugging your shoulders, you took another sip of water

"what the fuck you mean you don't know?" he said irritated, you just grinned at him

"I just don't know," you said now enjoying teasing the bartender who was now invested, your tail flicked slightly as you leaned more forward on the bar table jusy watching how husk ears, twitched in irritation

"ugh, you not going to tell me are you?" he said glancing at you, you just simply shrugged your shoulders, enjoying teasing him.

you looked back at the table, in your now empty glass, you took one last sip...
