"For an Aggie touchdown!" I heard the announce over the intercom.  It was the homecoming game so I had been out all day.

We were tailgating and at darties. It was my first GHOE but I was having a ball. I sat in the stands with Ella, Ari, Madesyn and Tee.

"That's my man!!!" Madesyn yelled making me shake my head.

"Bitch I like you too." Tee nodded.

"What party are we going to tonight?" Ella asked.

"The one at Pride right?" I asked.

"The football after party?" Ari arched her eyebrow.

"Yesss, so I can see my husband." Madesyn nodded.

"A mess." Tee laughed.

I saw Corey walk down the steps towards our seats. He walked behind and reached down hugging me.

"Hi." I smiled kissing his cheek.

"Wassup." He sat behind us.

"And you areeeee?" Ari looked at John.

"I'm John." He dapped her up.

They all changed greetings and I leaned back into Corey.

"We're going to Pride tonight." I raised my voice so he could hear me over the band.

"The football shit?" He looked down at me.

"Yea, Madesyn is going for TJ." I explained.

"Oh well I'm going out with my teammates." He looked away from me at his phone. He played basketball for our school.

"I know but I thought we could party together." I said.

"Yea my bad, but I can come get you in the morning." He said distracted.

"It's good, Ima be with them." I pointed back at my friends.

I leaned back up rolling my eyes a bit. I saw Ari mug him making me hit her though.

"Stop." I fussed.

"I don't really like him, but if you like it I love it." She shrugged.

"He's nice." I said.

"You convincing us or you?" Madesyn asked.

"Clock it." Ella laughed.

The game was almost over so I started planning my outfit for tonight. I knew we would start off at Pride but end up somewhere else.

"What y'all wearing tonight?" Tee asked reading my mind.

"I'm wearing some cargos and a going out top." Ella answered.

"I got this jean skirt I want to wear." I said earning a clap from Ari.

"Yesss, I picked it out y'all. She gon look so good." She smiled.

"Bowwww." Madesyn nudged me.

"The new hot shit I'm telling y'all." Tee said.

"Aye why y'all always at the football shit?" John asked us.

"Who's asking? You or Corey?" Ella arched her eyebrow.

"Both." Corey shrugged making me eye him.

"Nigga-" I cut Ari off.

"We went to school with a lot of them, and like I said earlier Madesyn and TJ talked." I finished.

"We don't gotta explain ourselves to them." Tee turned around.
