CFS visits Nick's house (Part 12)

Nickolas Pov: So between trying to get full custody of my kids from my ex-wife Lauren is really hard and not having Amber here is really hard she was supposed to come over yesterday and I saw it on her Snapchat story that she got drunk I was going to tell her everything that was going on because it's all stressing me out and I really needed my girlfriend here because it's getting to the point where I could lose my kids and it really seems like Amber doesn't care about the fact that I might be losing my kids and I don't understand why she tells me that she's still going to be here for me and my kids but she's not here for us when we need her so today I'm going to be confronting Amber I asked her if she wanted to come up for lunch with me and I'm going to confront her about all of this and hopefully we can figure out something together cuz I want her to get her life back on track because I know she's been drinking a lot taking a lot of pills and smoking a lot of weed and I want her to get her life back on track and just before you guys ask my kids are at school Odin is in school and he's in grade one and Saoirse is in preschool and pearl is in daycare so both of my girls are in daycare and then my son is going to be at school so I just dropped Odin off at school and I dropped my girls off at daycare then I went to Starbucks and I sat down then I saw Amber walk in and she sat down beside me

Amber: So what's up you sound stressed on the phone

Nickolas: You told me that you wanted to live your life but then you started to do a whole bunch of drugs, taking pills and drinking alcohol and I have a lot of stuff going on and I really need my girlfriend at this time but she's too focused on getting drunk, doing drugs and taking pills and not worrying about us

Amber: Babe what is going on

Nickolas: Do you really care

Amber: Of course I do babe

Nickolas: Okay you want to know what's going on

Amber: Yeah of course I do

Nickolas: First of all my girlfriend is getting drunk, doing drugs and taking pills every single day doesn't care about me and my kids and second of all I might be losing my kids

Amber: Wait what

Nickolas: What

Amber: You might be losing your kids

Nickolas: Yeah

Amber: How are you going to lose them

Nickolas: Before I tell you promise me you're going to stop drinking are you going to get your life back on track

Amber: I promise to get my life back on track now how are you going to lose your kids

Nickolas: Well you know when I used to pick them up from Lauren's house because they called me and they were all crying

Amber: Yeah

Nickolas: well Lauren is telling her lawyer that I came to her house and I kidnapped my kids and she's also saying that the kids have been coming to her house with bruises because I have a new girlfriend and she's been abusing my kids

Amber: Lauren is saying I'm abusing your kids

Nickolas: Yeah

Amber: How can I help

Nickolas: First of all get your life on track stop drinking, taking pills and smoking and secondly help me to make sure my house is safe for my kids

Amber: Okay

Nickolas: I don't care if you want to drunk and live your life but Amber I need you right now

Amber: Okay

Amber hugs Nick hugs Amber back then they pulled then Nick gets a call from his lawyer so of course he answers the call

Nickolas: Hey Dale

Dale: Hey Nick

Nickolas: What's up

Dale: Just letting you know I found out that CFS is coming to your house so I would make sure everything's safe in your house I'm just letting you know

Nickolas: Who the fuck called them

Dale: Who do you think

Nickolas: That fucking bitch

Dale: So wherever you are I would drop that and go home and make sure everything safely okay and make sure your house is clean because I know it's not because I know Amber hasn't been around

Nickolas: Okay thanks for telling me Dale

Dale: Your welcome bye Nick

Nickolas: Bye Dale

Nick ends the call with Dale then Amber looks at Nick

Amber: Who was that

Nickolas: Dale my lawyer

Amber: Oh

Nickolas: I have to go baby girl

Amber: Where are you going

Nickolas: Home to clean my house

Amber: Why

Nickolas: CFS is coming because Lauren called them on me that is why my lawyer called me for to let me know

Amber: Do you want help to clean your house

Nickolas: Yeah

Amber: Okay let's go

Amber and Nick went to Nick's house and they started cleaning after a couple hours it was finally 3:40 so Nick rush to go pick up his kids and then they got back to the house and then as soon as they got back CFS showed up they talked to Nick and they talked to Amber and they started talking to the kids but they didn't want Amber or Nick to be in the room

Jenna: Guys does your dad make you guys do anything you don't want to do

Odin: No

Jenna: Does your daddy drinking or does Amber drink in the house

Saoirse: No

Jenna: Does Amber hit you guys or does anything to hurt you guys

Odin: No

Jenna: Does anybody hit you or hurt you guys

Odin: My mommy's boyfriend Kyle whenever my mommy's house he always hates us and pushes us all off the couch

Jenna: Do you guys tell your mom this stuff

Odin: Yeah she don't believe us last time Kyle did that we called my dad and he came to pick us up

Jenna: Okay so does Amber and your daddy treat you guys good and feed you guys and protect you guys and make sure you guys are safe

Saoirse: Yeah

Jenna: Okay

Jenna walks over to Amber and Nick and she started talking to them and then she left then Amber made them supper and then they all got ready for bed besides Amber and Nick they just cuddled on the couch and talked
