Advika's POV :
It was another blissful morning I found my self caged in his arms "A very happy birthday love" i whispered in his ears although I wished him at night 12:00 Am "Thank you love" he whispered and snuggled into my neck squeezing me in his arms "Veer uth jaiye office ke liye der hojayegi apko" he said in his husky morning voice which sent Goosebumps to me "Tumhe pata nahi apne husband ko kaise bday wish karte hai itna rukha sukha wish" he said and hovered over me crushing me under him making sure not hurting me He kissed all over my neck and started biting my neck leaving his marks all over my neck I just love his sweet torchers
"Happy 10 month anniversary love" he said in my ears in his deep voice Ya today is out 10 months anniversary too....

"Buss kariye na veer" i whinned and wiggled in his arms As he was not ready to leave me Suddenly door burst open "Happy Birthday bhaiiiiiii" it was my pyara sa dever karan shouted on top of his lungs I pushed veer and stood straight currenting my night kurta "Aagaya wapas mere pyar ka dushman aur meri pyari biwi bhi isi ka sath degi" veer murmured but I heard and couldn't help but giggle Meanwhile I saw maa and papa who were waiting to wish him I went to them and touched their feet and welcome them inside "Happy Birthday mere pyare Bhai" said karan and hugged veer tightly Veer also hugged him and tightned his muscles around him "Bhai I know ap bohot pyar karte hai mujhse but esa itni zor se hug karke apne ander dabaiye toh mat nazuk sa hu main" karan said dramatically rubbing his biceps "Mera buss chale tera gala dabadu main" veer again muttered and I giggled hearing it Maa papa also wished him and all went downstairs me and veer were getting ready He back hugged me "Biwi ajj office jaane ka Mann nahi" he said snuggling into my neck "Veer apne kaha tha ajj apki important meeting hai toh koi bahana nahi chalega jaiye office" I said while looking at him through mirror And also I want him to go to office because I have to a surprise for him if he stays at home he won't let me do a single thing hehe my veer is cute I giggled at my own thoughts
Soon veer had his break fast and left for the office I too did the work left over and came my room And Excitedly opened my cupboard and took out a box and sat on the bed looking it with love filled eyes I kept hand on my flat tummy "Ajj apki mumma apko apke papa se milwayegi aur mumma bohot excited hai apke papa ka reaction dekhne ke liye and I know ap bhi bohot excited ho" yes I AM PREGNANT
I wasn't feeling good last week so according to the symptoms I tested at home and fortunately it was postive so I visited the doctor and she said A little life has taken birth in me....and I was on cloud nine I realised it is veer's bday and our 10 months anniversary which will be the best day other than this to share this with veer so I decided to surprise him....and I looked at the box in my hand
There was also a small note written "WE ARE PREGNANT" and a pregnancy test stick with 2 red strips on it which showes positive result...

I was so happy I decorated the room with few blur and pink balloons and I kept this box again safely in my cupboard....
Soon it was evening... I wore his favourite lavender saree

And I came downstairs there was a small cozy family dinner and small cake cutting ceremony and because karan told me veer likes to spend some special time with his family on birthday's recalling all his childhood moments rather than throwing lavish parties these kind of qualities in him make me fall for him more...
"Bhabi bhaiya kab Tak aayenge"karan asked me breaking my chain of thoughts "Aate hi honge woh" i said And suddenly I got a call a smile appeared on my lips seeing his name flashing my mobile screen "Lo tumhare bhaiya ka hi phone hai" I said chuckling I picked the phone... "Hello..veer...ap...." Before I could complete I heard a different voice from other side "Madam yeh jiska phone hai unka accident hogaya hai aur body ko city hospital le Jaya gaya hai" as soon as I heard those words the world stopped for me making me go numb and phone fell from my hand and tears rolled down my cheeks "Bhabi kya...hua" karan asked seeing my expressions I soon realised "Veeerrrrr!!!!" I shouted I started running towards the main door.... Karan followed me.....maa papa too followed him.... I was only murmuring..... "Ve..er.... ac...cident....mer..eee...veer....ka acci...dent.....na..hi....kuch...na..hi... hoga...unhe....." Karan maa and papa gasped hearing this maa started crying...Karan...handled me...and I sat in the car and karan...at driving seat me and maa....were crying loudly papa and karan's eyes were glassy too....I clutched...my flat stomach....in my warm... embrace and said " apke papa ko kuch nahi hoga" i said in my mind tears continuously rolling down my.... Eyes "Gaadi Tez chalao Karan" i shouted on Karan i just wanted to see my veer that's it don't care about any thing We reached hospital I ran towards the reception before I could say his name I saw two ward boys taking a man on the stretcher towards the OT I saw that man his head covered with blood and blood was dripping from his right hand "Veerr...." This was the only word I could say in my lowest voice and ran towards my veer... His eyes were closed he was unconscious I held his hand walking with the stretcher "Veer....uth..iye...veer......ankhei....n...kholiye..... dekhiye...apki... advi....apki....biwi apse kuch keh Rahi ha veer..... please....esa...mazak mat kariye...uthiye......" I was crying my eyes and face turned red due to crying....and I was just hoping he would wake and see me But soon we reached the OT they were taking him inside and my hold left from his hand !!!!
