"hey guys! today we're at the cobham training grounds which is my 'house' for the day" tiana greeted the camera as she made her way inside to show them to the cafeteria where she would be preparing the food

"guys this is claire she's here to supervise but i'll be doing all the cooking" she explained as she put vegetable oil, butter, onions and salt into a pan and placed it onto the hob to prep the main meal

"oh shit" she shouted as she dropped a plate on the floor smashing it before laughing as her and claire tried to pick all the pieces up before the boys arrived

and i thought aj was stupid

she begins chopping up chicken for aj's starter and the main before creating the marinade for the shrimp

"someone's here" tiana exclaimed before squealing and clapping her hands heading to the reception where sharky was waiting for her

"oh my god it's sharky" she squealed again running to hug him as he wrapped his arms around her before pushing her away after a few seconds

"we're literally in london and you picked chelsea over arsenal" he sighed making her laugh as she lead him into the cafeteria where a table had been set up for them with name cards
