LOST & FOUND | DEAD BOY DETECTIVES

In which the Dead Boy Detectives get more than they bargained for when they become trapped in a quiet little town infected with supernatural phenomena left and right. All alongside a demon who betrayed Lucifer and a solved case that just won't bugger off...

Edwin and Charles always thought their agency would be solely a two man show. They appreciated and respected each other's talent and figured their skills covered most grounds. But with Edwin's escapades from hell, there was always going to be a third member in the form of Envy the Demon (or Emmy as Charles preferred her to be known as). Envy knew her place, she knew when to let the boys handle things on their own, to take a step back and keep her lips sealed. But Nicolas Harris on the other hand likes to intercept, interrupt and intervene with nine out of ten of their cases.

As much as his interruption could be dangerous, they were well welcomed and Charles found amusement in the boy's bubbly personality, infectious smile and odd obsession with speaking at Edwin, rather than with Edwin (Edwin liked to believe if he ignored him for long enough, the noise would go away...).

Now, after Edwin pisses off the Cat King, landing him forcefully stuck in a sleepy Washington town the Dead Boy Detectives are forced to relocate their business along with a psychic who lost her memories, the never ending noise in Edwin's ear and the demon who wants to learn how Charles keeps such a bright smile upon his face.

Solving cases whilst escaping Death and the afterlife couldn't be too bad, could it?

AUTHOR'S NOTE:
So, Dead Boy Detectives is amazing and I'm kinda in love with Charles and Edwin, so here we are. This story is directly linked to my Sandman fanfic if you couldn't tell, just like the show is, so appearances/mentions of Maeve and Azrail may be possible. I haven't quite decided how involved I want them to be or even how. But I cannot explain how cool it is to be back writing for the Sandman universe like, I adore both the show and the comic series so much! It's so beautifully done and it definitely one of the best series' I have seen.

Spoilers for Hallucinate | The Sandman could be in this one, so tread carefully if you don't want that and go read that story. I don't imagine they'd be too bad if you've watched the season, kinda more centre around how Dream and Azrail's relationship is going and what Maeve's up to. I don't know, I figured I'd just put that here in case
