Lost love

Emily and Jake have been together since he moved in to her house after the death of his parents. They're serious about each other and everyone knows it. Following their graduation, they take their relationship to the next level. Soon after, Emily finds out she's carrying Jake's baby and Jake is diagnosed with cancer. Will Jake live long enough to see the birth of his child or will Emily be left with his baby?
