Hi journal
Recently, life has been decently calm. I haven't really had any major problems. It's currently 12:13pm and I still haven't eaten anything since yesterday night when I went with Ed (my father) to a movie. I'm starting to get hungry but if I eat, I will gain weight and I don't want to do that.
I came up with a game plan for myself in how to loose weight. I am only going to eat when food has been offered towards me. Often times, Kathy (my mother) and I will go to McDonalds or Subway and she asks me what I want. That's the time I can eat.
My mom left for Ann Arbor today for the next few hours so I am currently chugging down bottles of water.
I have also decided to cut out any liquid calories and sugars. I feel like that's a good idea to help me loose weight.I have to go now, my dogs are chewing up stuff. I might be able to check in later today.
