Hello, I want to show you how to do add ons, I know I showed you the end product but I'm going to do it bit by bit for you to understand. 

                          
You find yourself a picture, I did a girl png so I can get a clear background or no background then I get a add on so you can have blood, hearts, emoticons. I get phonto, open it with the picture png. I put on the add on and save 

                          

                            

                                I get a black background, a moon and other elements that I want and put it on then I use tools from another app pixlr to get the brightness, I put it on the moon and darken the clouds
