DANA'S POV
I came back to the school gym to pick up my gym clothes. As soon as I hit the doors, I heard dribbling coming from inside. I peeked through and got a glimpse of a ponytail full of curly hair.
It was a girl. She threw the basketball and it swished through the hoop. The ball came rolling to me at the entrance.
"AND THE CROWD GOES WILD!!" I scream picking up the ball. "But not that wild. It wasn't good enough." I told the girl.
"Really?" She said looking at me. I recognized her from around school. I think her name is Jada.
"Obviously not. I need to give you pointers." I told her.
"You know I can play."
"Look. I was just trying to flirt. Don't embarrass me." I said laughing. She smiled at me and nodded her head. I started dribbling and we had some one on one time. At one moment the ball ended up in her hands and my arms were around her.
It was like I was hugging her from behind but was really trying to get the ball from her. She jerked her head quick and gave me a peck on the cheeks. I felt my face get hot.
"Keep your head up, dreamer boy." She said smiling at me as she through the ball straight through the hoop.
