Two men

One from heaven

One from hell

Both were demons

Two men

A hero

A villian

Two men

Both different

Both were the same

Like life and death

Black and white

Sun and Moon

Opposites, but both need the other to survive

Like two halves of the same thing

A reflection of the other

A copy of the other

So similar, yet so different

But just like any other tale

Best started from the past

Because this tale is a fairy tale

And a grimm one at that

He was lonely

He was bullied

Called a "freak"

As for the other child

He was lonely

He was bullied

Called a "freak"

They were unique

Not freaks

They had gifts

But others made it seem like a curse instead

As he grew older

He was begining to get angry

All the whispers behind his back, when they thought he couldn't hear

Whispers saying:

"Freak"

"Freak"

"Freak"

But he learned not to listen to what they said and not care about what they thought

They were all idiots

He didn't need them

But, the other man, as he grew older

He was begining to get angry

All the whispers behind his back, when they thought he couldn't hear

Whispers saying:

"Freak"

"Freak"

"Freak"

But he kept his anger in

And it grew

It consumed him

He made so that anyone who ever hurt him, could never hurt him again

Because now, the ones who hurt him are no more than limp bodies under piles of dirt

Now both are full grow men

One a hero

One a villain

Two men

Both the same

One the perfect image of what would happen if the other turned to to the other side

One took the road bathed in white light

The other took the road swallowed by darkness

So similar

And yet, so different
