Invisible Feeling

You were just a person

And not one that I loved

It's not like I hated you, but I didn't know

How your invisibility to me

Would become something I see

You would be seen in person and in my head

Every hour of everyday

There was silence between us but now words or being said

And now I feel I must find a way

To make me visible not just in your eyes but in your mind

If you think of me too just show me a sign

But wether or not it's true

I can't seem to stop thinking of you

I'm not sure how it happened, but it did

And now that it's started I can't quit

I will build on this occurrence

And if done right it'll be worth it

You may not know it, but you make me laugh

And even the little things are delicate like glass

Any word I say to you is meaningful as a book

If you ever are to notice where I look

It just might be at you

The invisible feeling, and the things it can do

I can't say what it is about you

That had made a feeling anew

I cannot explain why it came on so sudden

It may have been something you did that left me wondering

It's like an unknown force has triggered emotions

Too obscure to be put in motion

I'm not always able to speak when i feel this

For I lack the courage to do it

The words may be in me, but they won't come out

Trapped behind an invisible wall

Unseen by me and all

It's so spontaneous it is not understood

But I wish I could
