This one I want to share is a recipe I learned from my grandma.. She is passing this recipe to me as she knows I love to cook for my family..
[Satu resep ini ingin aku bagi adalah resep yang aku pelajari dari nenekku.. Beliau memberikan aku resep ini karena beliau tahu aku suka sekali memasak untuk keluargaku..]This recipe is a common knowledge in Sundanese (one of many ethnic in Indonesia) culture or should I call it, Parahyangan.. [Resep ini merupakan resep umum yang ada di budaya Sunda atau lebih tepatnya Parahyangan] ^^

A. Ingredients:
1. Nilla Fish
Main Spices [Bumbu Utama]
2. Lemon Grass [Daun Sereh] and Indonesian Leaf Bay [Daun Salam].
3. Two different kinds of chilli peppers (I don't know what you called it in your country. But, the chilli look like these.)
