This was one of the first things I wrote when I got to Wattpad. I got an honorable mention in a SciFi community contest. I was pretty proud of it.
That said, I've learned so much since I first came to Wattpad. I got some really good feedback on this work and used what I've learned (a lot of which I've shared in Writing Resources) to really improve this particular story. I'm sharing it now for two reasons:
1) So you know that even your first, rough stories are something to be proud of, and
2) That there is always room for improvement and with good, honest feed back and dedicated study and practice, you CAN get better.
