Chapter 3: Adopted

Ginger~

As I heard Mrs.Dops voice go through the speaker I could only think 'What did Dani do this time!?' Well then I heard adoption center! We were getting adopted! I couldn't believe it!

I took down my Tupac poster above my bed and placed it in my duffle bag, then getting all my clothes and everything else shoving it in not caring if it got messy

Dani was probably somewhere messing with the little kids, so I brought her bag with me.

I saw her flipping on everyone who gave us a hard time in this adoption center. I smirked to myself, why stop her if it's funny?

After she was done, we both said goodbye to the people who were actually nice to us, faking it or not

Dani grabbed her bag and followed me to the adoption room

When we get down there is a beautiful woman who has the curliest hair I've ever seen!

She was very thin and next to her, I think a member of One direction

I smiled at them but Dani started screaming

Now you may think she's a hard core fangirl, but that was opposite of what was really happening, she was going into a panic attack, she was afraid

"Dani! Count to 10!" I screamed and helped her sit down before she fell

"O-one, t-two, t-t-three, f-four!" She struggled, this was really bad

"What's wrong with her? Is she a fan?" The boy asked

I started to freak out, this isn't supposed to happen! We are supposed to get adopted and live happily ever after with a real family!

The girl with curly hair sprinted to us and crouched down to our position

"Honey, Dani, we aren't here to hurt you. I promise. Take some deep breaths. My name is Danielle, I'm going to be your new mommy, okay?" She spoke so softly, she pulled Dani's hair out of her face and rubbed her cheek, Dani calmed down right away and started to breath normal again

"Thata girl, it's okay! We're going to be a big happy family, okay? Nothing is going to happen..." She cooed

Dani nodded and sighed deeply

"Thank you, I'm just so afraid.." She admitted tears flowing over her eyes down her cheeks

"You don't have to tell us now, you don't have to tell us at all if you don't want to. But I am always here to listen, and I know Liam is too." She pointed to the boy who stood there shocked "And I'm guessing you're Ginger?" She turned to me

I nodded getting up

I collected my things and helped Dani as well

"Well I'm Danielle, I'm your new mom! But you don't have to call me that if you don't want to..." She seemed so afraid to say the wrong thing

I just nodded, she seemed nice, but I don't know, I just didn't like her all that much, Liam on the other hand, I felt.. safe. It was weird. He reminded me of our dad

"Well guys, are you ready to go?" Liam finally spoke up

We all nodded, said goodbye to Mrs. Dop.

We walked out the front doors, and began the journey of our new life...
