hey so i have decided to create a poetry challenge. i will post all the prompts here and you can do whatever you would like with them. it can be a different poem for each prompt or one whole story, whatever you choose. all i ask is that you give me credit for the prompts and post a link to your poetry in the comments so i can read them. c:

1. an entry based on cold skin by to kill a king.

2. an entry about a funeral.

3. an entry describing some sort of affliction.

4. an entry about your worst fear.

5. an entry about a stranger.

6. an entry based on the picture to the side.

7. an entry about nightmares/a nightmare.

8. an entry about love.

9. an entry about the world through someone's eyes.

10. an entry about death.

11. an entry about your favorite season.

12. an entry based on riptide by vance joy.

13. an entry about something you believe in.

14. an entry about innocence.

15. an entry that focuses around memories.

16. an entry that makes you feel hope.

17. an entry about emptiness.

18. an entry based on not about angels by birdy.

19. an entry about something in the room you are currently in.

20. an entry about yourself (or your main character if you'd rather do that).

i hope whoever does this enjoys it. the prompts are vague and random because poetry can be about anything and it's good to test all of the waters to get a feel of the type of poetry you like writing best. i can't wait to read the entries and if you have any questions just pm me!
