Kidnapped

The Powers Within

(Starfire's point of view)

Me and the friends were walking down in the sewers, looking for Robin. Raven, Beastboy, and Cyborg were walking in a pack in front of me. I was the alone.

I was so worried about friend robin. Well, more like boyfriend Robin. I blushed. I always had the happy feelings when I came around him, and now that he was gone, I felt more of the empty.

I sighed, and looked up. My friends were far ahead of me! I jumped up to try to fly, but I could not! Boyfriend Robin is the only thing that ever makes my powers weaker, and when I am the sad about him, I cannot fly.

I yelled "Friends! Wait for the me!" but they could not hear.  A large noise was drowning my voice out. 

I looked up and it was the Slade bots! There were 30 of them, more than most people could fight, but I was Tamaranian. The only problem was i could not fly.

"I am sorry to disappoint you, but I am stronger than I look!" I hurled green bolts of energy at them, and it knocked out half of them. I started fighting the other half with my hands, and since I have a lot of the strength, It was easy to "kick the butt" as Beastboy would say. 29 were down. Where was the 30th one?..

From behind me,  a needle struck into my arm so hard that it bled. "That was not very nice!" I yelled, trying to use my sonic blasters to defeat him, but the drug in the needle had taken my powers away! I was also feeling the tired too.. the drug must make people have an earlier bedtime.  I mumbled Tamaranian curses as I fell into the deep, dark, sleep.

When I woke the up, I was hooked up to a machine in a very dark room. "Lights on, please?" I whimpered, but no one could hear me. I was captured by bad people before, and I was very scared that I would be captured for years, as I was before. I started crying, and then screaming, to alert any people that might want to help of my presence.

Slade opened the door behind me. "Now, now, princess. We musn't cry. It would only alert Robin, and then he wouldn't follow my orders."

"I will cry the more!" I wailed, giving Kitten's screams a run for her money.

"You do not understand what that means. You are already doomed, don't make your boyfriend doomed also."

"How do you know about that! That is the private!" 

"Darling, I know everything." He lifted up my chin so I would look at him. "And you won't ever live to see another kiss." He spit in my face and walked away. 

"Enjoy your last 30 minutes of living" He said as he walked out the door. "The power generator will be ready very soon."

A power generator. To suction my powers and give them to an evil person such as him? 

My second thought was "I am the doomed"

But my first thought was "Robin.."

I began to cry.
