Chapter 50 { The picnic }

Luna P.O.V

I am now in the car, Asher is sitting beside me, Jon is driving and Mason is sitting in the passenger seat.

" Luna, are you ok?" Mason asked

" yeah, I guess I am, I just pity that poor Hunter, he must have been through a lot," I said truthfully. I can't imagine someone takes away Asher as a hostage and making me hurt Jack and his mate

" you are too kind Luna, but Mason asked if you are fine because earlier you were about to fall down pretty badly," Jon said, making me glare at him. The last thing I want is Asher knowing what happened earlier. Thank god i blocked him out of my thoughts, otherwise, he could hear me right now.

" wait... what ??" Asher asked fear was visible in his eyes

" you were about to fall?! Where?? When?!" I laughed nervously and nodded

" it is fine, no worries! Ana is doing a pretty good job ignoring me for our little one... I know the baby is fine " that is right, Ana is protecting our little one like no one else, I am really glad she is my other half

" But how did it happen? just please don't say it was me..." I looked out of the window

" I don't really know how I was about to fall down, It was an accident, accident happens you know? but for now who wants some ice cream?!" I asked excitedly, I really wanna have some ice cream right now

Asher only chuckled

" I will get you ice cream, only if you promise me we will visit the doctor as soon as we get back to the pack " my eyes light up and I nodded. Asher, on the other hand, wrapped his arm around my shoulder, kissing my forehead

" I don't know what I would have done without you" he whispered

" let's see, I would have married another handsome CEO," I said teasingly wanting light up the mood, well I wanted to light Mason, Jon and my mood up, Asher's mood is getting down right now.

" Well then, I guess I would have no choice but to kill,"  He said rather dangerously calm

" no need, I am only yours," I said side hugging him,  I really love his embrace, this is like the best place in the world. He didn't say anything and just brought me closer to him.

How can I love someone so much? This is crazy

I am right now making foods for our picnic. I am so, so excited to meet Hunter's mate. Poor girl, she might have been through so much. And there will be a little baby boy

" baby, what are you doing ?" I heard Asher's voice behind me

" making food for the picnic, it is already 1 pm," I said as I continued cooking the foods

" It is fine, I will do it, love. You go and rest for a while, ok?" He said as he wrapped his arms around my waist from behind.

" it's fine, but if you want you can help me, let's just do it together " he didn't say anything, I know he agreed. We stayed like this for another long minute before he backed away

We started making foods together while having lots of fun, cooking with him bring so much joy to me.  by 3 pm everything was ready, I just had to change my outfit to a suitable one, so does Asher.

I swear whenever I come inside my closet, I hate being pregnant. I know the baby is only 5 weeks old, but the werewolf child grows faster than a normal child, that is why I look like I am 3 months pregnant. I just sighed putting on what I found before getting out of the closet, Asher was waiting for me there.
