Max walked into the waiting area to find Andy's 'friends,' she watched as the kids laughed and messed around, as if there was someone in the trauma room that could've died.

"Lola, Andrew is asking for you. Could you come with me please?" Max's face reminded stoic as she looked at the kids.

"Ooh, yeah" Lola got up from the chair and laughter from the boys got a little louder, "Hey...um, is uh, is he okay?"

Max turned around and faces the girl, "No he's not 'okay'. He's stuck in a block of cement, actual hardening-by-the-second, concrete. How could he be anything close to okay?" Max looked at how her face turned into a scared one.

"Wow, you actually care about him"

Lola looked at Max for a split moment, she wasn't sure what to say, "He's my friend, I...Um, I know I told you he wasn't but he's my friend"

"I'm starting to think that it's more then that and I think you're too proud to admit it to your friends and maybe even to yourself" Max looked behind the girl and at the group of boy, they were still being absolutely horrible humans.

"Mommy, I have a boo-boo. Kiss it better. Mwah mwah"

"Knock it off, he is in pain and he is scared. He needs someone he knows to hold his hand" Max's voice hardens as she gave Lola a look.

"Lola. Oh, Lola. Hold my hand, please Lola"

Lola looked back at the group of boy who were taunting her, "Who gives a shit what they think, the only thing that matters is you and Andy" Max whispered.

"I can't help him"

"You'll regret this for the rest of your life, you'll think about what you could've done and you'll start to hate yourself" Max gave Lola one final looks before walking about to Andy. He was the only thing that mattered right now.
