The door to Rasiah home got broken down by the police officers, they turned the flashlights on kicking Rasiah room door open.

Rasiah jumped up from the noise and they pointed their guns and flashlights at them.

Tremani jumped up after her.

They turned their room light on

"Rasiah Turner and Tremani Jackson you are under the rest for the murder of Teresa Turner and Eddie lovelock."

"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you." The officers spoke as they attached the cuffs onto their wrist.

"Mr.Jackson, all you have to do is tell us the motive behind why did Rasiah and You kill her mother and her mothers lover." The officer said

"Rasiah wasn't there. Rasiah took her brother trick or treating." Tremani said shrugging his shoulders

"You know what. I ain't speaking with out a lawyer." He said leaning back in his chair

"If you confess five year will be took off your 13 year Sentence." The officer said

"I ain't stupid. Where my lawyer?" Tremani said

"He's right here." The officer said as a lawyer walked in with a suitcase.

"I would like to speak to him alone." The lawyer said making the officers leave out

"Mr.Jackson, how are you?"

"Straight." Tremani said

"I'm mr.smith."

"Cool."

"So uhm You and your girlfriend Rasiah Turner are being charged with second degree murder." Mr.smith said

"They have evidence of you.. but no your girlfriend.. but their charging her too,"

"All you have to tell me is did she do it, and they'll take 5 years off your sentence." Mr.Smith said

"I told y'all she wasn't there." Tremani said shrugging his shoulders

"You can get 5 years off. If you say she was there, your throwing 13 years of your life away for her."

"She wasn't there." Tremani shrugged his shoulders again

"This your fourth time in jail, you must love it here?"

"Akiki. You real funny." Tremani mumbled

"Their gonna hold you until your court date , which is inna week." Mr.smith said

"Can I see my girl though." Tremani asked

"Uhm yes, of course. Follow me." Tremani followed behind him.

"He wants to speak to his girlfriend, give them 25." Mr. smith said and the guards nodded

"What chu say?" Rasiah asked

"I told them you wasnt there so it's a possibility I got 13 years in jail." He said and Rasiah punches him in his chest

"What tha fuck. What tha fuck is wrong with you. We were both there. Tremani." She said

"No you wasn't there." He said shrugging his shoulders

"You took Tahir trick or treating." He said

"No. I was there. What the hell is wrong with you." She said on the verge of crying

"I said you wasn't there, because you wasn't." He said

"You leaving me Tremani, you leaving us. Why you take the fucking charge for me." She said wiping her tears

"You love me?" He said wrapping his arms around her waist as she laid her head on his chest

"Of course I do." She said sniffing

"I love you too." He said

"You so fucking stupid." she cried

"I love you." He said kissing her forehead

"13 years? You gon miss 13 years of they lives because you wanna take a fucking charge for me." She said crying harder

"You and the kids gon visit me?" He asked avoiding the things she was saying

"Of course." She said lifting her head up

"Stop crying." He said wiping her face.

"I love you okay?" He said pecking her lips

"I love you too." She said sighing

"Mr.Jackson Times up." Mr.smith said

"Aigh." He said pecking Rasiah lips one more time.

Nuni and bug rushed in the police station seeing the police put cuffs on Tremani

"It's okay bestie." Nuni comforted Rasiah rubbing her back.
