"Took you long enough" Fulton shouts as I close my door behind me. "Shut up"I roll my eyes at him as I run towards the group. "Big game tomorrow you are definitely coming still right" guy says pushing his way in to be beside me.

"You are like our new lucky charm we need you" Charlie pipes up from the other side of the group. "Guys don't worry I will be there I wouldn't miss" I smile as I turn to see guy get shoved out the way by Adam and go flying into averman. Adam puts his arm around me as we watch Goldberg and averman run about the path like 5 year olds.

We finally made it to school and I split up from the group walking over to my locker. I start to enter my combination when I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn around and see two grinning girls standing at my back. "Uh hi guys" I let out a small chuckle. "So how was your date with cake eater" Connie giggles.

I roll my eyes and look down. " it wasn't a date you guys". I look up slightly and see Connie and Julie looking at each other raising there eyebrows and tilting their heads slightly.

"Come on he told us everything. The holding hands to the giving you his jacket and telling you all about his hockey career."

Julie went on and on. Connie just leaned up against the locker beside me "plus he told us quote on quote it might have been a date ok". And with that the bell went.

Connie and Julie start to walk away giggling and whispering in each other's ears about who knows what. But I can only guess me and Adam. I close my locker and look towards the laughing girls as Connie turns and winks at me.

I walk into my maths class and take my seat beside a girl. I politely smile at her as I get my stuff out my bag.

I try to focus on the lesson as hard as possible I really did but my mind kept going back to that conversation with Julie and Connie. Was it a date. He never said it was. Well did I want it to be one?

I start tapping my pencil on my desk in frustration and confusion. I did really like Adam. So maybe I didn't mind if I was a date. But why didn't he say it was a date. And what did he tell the other boys.

I had to stop thinking about it because it was causing me to get a headache and making me get a not in my stomach making me feel sick.
