Hey guys! I know that it has been a really long time, and since the last time I was here, a lot has happened.
I've had a lot happen in my personal life that has made it impossible to do anything other than deal with my situations.
As you all know, after months of relentless job searching, I got a job and moved from my small town in Pretoria to Sandton. Well, to add onto that, your girl is in L.O.V.E. I found myself a nice gentleman, who speaks to me in French, Spanish and Portuguese and is a math genius, working in finance. So I have been giving it my all, and living my best young adult dating life because he's literally the kind of person I see myself getting married to.
Secondly, your girl made a serious boss move and bought herself a car!
A week after buying it...I met up in an accident, and insurance has had it since...like the 27th of October, until now. It's in repairs and should be back this week. So, I'm neck deep in financial ruin at the moment, with the dude who hit my car- threatening to take me to court and whatever.
Thirdly, I got promoted at work, and now hold two positions. So, that means, I'm working between two time zones. I work South African time, and I work with our Boston offices, so when it's dark here, it's day in the US, and I have to be awake at those times.
Also, I HAD been working on a book and it had started out so well. I'm done with chapter 17 but I have lost all motivation for the book. Like, I literally hate it. So it's back to the drawing board for me. I do have chapters for The Order of Kores, but I haven't edited and each time that I try, I don't have time.
And lastly, I applied to do my Honour's degree and got accepted. So it's back to school next year for me.
So everything is happening at once. But I hope that I will be up and running soon again. I promise to keep working and I will create something that you all will love.
