Hi,
I also write stories on Wattpad, and although I haven't had the chance to read any of your stories yet, I did open one of your chapters recently. I saw that you were feeling sad about the number of views you were getting. But then, I noticed that your book has millions of views, votes, and comments.
The number of views your story is getting is something many people on Wattpad dream of achieving.
My story, which has around 14 hours of reading content, has only gotten 10k views so far. So, don't get frustrated about the views and votes.
I know how important these things are for a story, and I understand that after reaching millions of views and having a significant following, your expectations might be much higher.
I'm not trying to give you any advice, just sharing my thoughts. You are doing an exceptionally good job. Don't stress too much because when I opened your story and read those last lines, I realized I was facing a similar situation.
I write around 6,000 words per chapter, yet I get zero comments and only about 12 likes per chapter. It's frustrating, but we have to keep writing because we love it. At the same time, the reality we live in pushes us to focus on ourselves. But remember, if you love writing, it's a part of your soul.
Keep up the good work!
