It's a well known fact of the universe that the first and last quarter of an hour are usually the most... *energetic*. All manners of different species across the galaxy have conducted tests to, for the lack of a better word*1, test this. Humans alas, are only yet trying to find the fundamental particle of existence and have not even come close to asking the big questions*2. One of which is the question of the first and last fifteen minutes.

To conclude, one is never more excited than at the first fifteen minutes and never more tense than during the last. You might not feel it, of course you won't. The senses are yet still dull, but it is in the small things; a slight quickening of the heart beat, a burst of joy or happiness, a quick smile or a frown. Movers and shakers are born in this short time. *Things* happen; great things, wonderful things, bad things, sad things and all manner of other types of things. Love is made, war is lost, hearts are broken and made whole and some stars die whilst others ignite in to being. All in those first and last few moments of the hour, every hour. If something happened during the drab middle half hour why it's solely coincidence. No, I stand by this as surely as I stand by the story I tell you. Things, my dear audience, happen in the first and last fifteen minutes of the hour...

The shadows of the trees lining the wide pavements of central London moved as if court ordered to keep a certain, ever growing distance away.

Zack and Chris are still at subways as we left them, exclaiming at an unseen individual.

It is the seventh month of the seventh day of the seventh year of the millenia - 7/7/7.
Things happen in the first and last fifteen minutes of the hour. Somewhere, *something* of significance happens.
The time is forty four minutes past noon.
For us my friends, it happens now.

*1 investigate, trial, experiment, examine, analyse, explore, scrutinise... What?!
*2 like what happens to the other sock in the washing machine.

@AfterP_BeforeR Well figures, since you're a touch and go kind of guy, am I right? With a lot of feet shuffling and furious blushing and awkward stuttering right after, I should think. ;-)

Just in case some people round here suffer from short-term memory (or maybe it's your basic memory loss, with the amount of time that's elapsed): THE BRG HOODIE IS MINE. With anything and anyone in it. I'm just saying.
