"I am not who I am. I am not what you think I am. Please listen, and be kind."

I make Laurent D'Allegro's words mine.

I've been writing and illustrating stories since I was a child, and travelling, taking photographs since I was a teenager -- Iceland, Galapagos, Alaska, Patagonia, French Polynesia, the Caribbean, the Himalayas.

Having had my drawings and photos published, am now dedicated to writing and sharing "The Last Canvas" and "As the mirror breathes".

I've lived in a Zen monastery and nearly became a monk -- but apparently I don't need to become what I already am.
Permanently under deconstruction, my writings help me unbecome what I am, and get rid of a dozen characters that currently walk with me, eat with me, shower with me, think and breathe with me. They just don't write with me -- either I write them, or am being written by them.

As a result, "The Last Canvas" and "As the mirror breathes" are out there for you.
