As a survivor of domestic and sexual abuse, Aynoit Ashor's mission is to expose the horrors of domestic and sexual abuse through her writing, social media outlets, speaking engagements and interviews.

Aynoit's desire is to help those walking in her shoes heal from their traumatic experiences by sharing her story and what she is doing to overcome the obstacles associated with the pain she once endured.

Her frank and candid approach is used to shed light on why women in abusive relationships stay and what survivors can do to regain their power while moving forward.  Aynoit hopes her story leaves everyone who hears it with a feeling of empowerment.
