❤I posted the first chapter of the new updated version of The Boy On A Leash❤ I like it so much better than the original and I spent a full day editing. If you guys want to read it it's on my profile called The Boy On A Leash (the good version) I love all of you guys so much and I wanted to thank you for the support especially when I was having a really hard time. I'll update again soon and I might post The Boy On A Leash one shots on a separate story so you guys can read those too.
So... I'm thinking of just rewiting my book now. I'm not really loving how it's going and a lot of it seems messy and rushed. When I started writing I had no concept I just had some scenes that I wanted to write out. I really should have just made one shots but I much prefer seeing characters developing, but because I had no concept I had no real idea on how to end the story. Now that I have one the first half of the book just doesn't match those vibe. Ig what I'm saying is I don't know if you guys want me to just finish this book and have this shit version or just to rewrite it better. Let me know what you think ig
@BabyWorm94 i say that if you’re unhappy with your work then do what you need to do in order for you to be proud of it. It was good in its original version, but if you’re not seeing a way for your ending to make sense with the current version then writing the rest of it is going to feel like a chore. I say rewrite the book, or even make a seperate ‘updated’ version if that’s something you would like ((:
Really I see no problem with how the book currently is. The plot is there and there are still many twists and turns that could happen to accelerate it. However, I've had this same problem as well where chapters of my stories seem a bit rushed and I go into a book only because I have specific scenes in my head that I want to write. Personally, since the book is already so far along I would suggest finishing it. But then again if you find yourself having no motivation to finish the book then there's really no pressure and no one's gonna stop you if you want to rewrite it. (I hope this helps and I sound big brained :3)
